Refund and Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase from My School Experience Cards. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for guidance on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You are entitled to return items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

It must be returned in its original packaging

You must have proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)
Please note: We cannot accept returns for items that have been visibly used, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the 14-day period (unless faulty).
2. How to Request a Return
To begin the return process, please email us at:

Please include your name, order number, reason for return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
We will confirm the return address and any further steps. You will need to return the item at your own cost, unless it is faulty or was sent in error.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

We aim to process refunds within 7 working days of receiving your returned item

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part
4. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or faulty item and would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we will send a replacement free of charge once we’ve received the original item (or suitable photographic evidence).
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly, either with a replacement or full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Items returned more than 14 days after delivery (unless faulty)

Products not in their original condition or packaging
